Q Why is coaching different than therapy and consulting?

A Inside the coaching framework the client has their own best answers for their life. Whenever advice giving is requested the client will be redirected to reflect and share what is best for them.

Q What do I need to bring an agenda to the coaching session?
A The coaching engagement is based on the client being self-responsible. A coach is responsible for supporting the client's forward movement toward their consciously chosen desired goal(s).

Q What is life coaching?
A Professional coaching focuses on the client taking action toward the realization of their vision, goal, or desires. The coaching process helps clients both define and achieve professional and personal goals faster and with more ease than would be possible otherwise. (ICF, 2000)
